PLANNING FILES
This is where the fun begins! We will move forward by sending helpful planning documents and a recommended vendor spreadsheet.

BUDGET, DESIGN AND COORDINATION
We will start the first phase of Full Service planning with establishing a clear and concise budget. Then, we will collaborate to create your overall aesthetic and vision through mood boards, inspiration photos, and hiring vendors. Fast forward to the few weeks before the wedding, we will be finalizing all timelines, layouts, and execute your special day from start to finish!
ANSWERING all of your
BURNING QUESTIONS
DO YOU HAVE ANY HELPFUL TIPS OR ADVICE OUTSIDE OF WHAT YOU OFFER FOR PLANNING?
Yes! We have a blog that not only showcases our past weddings and styled shoots, but most importantly helpful tips from our perspective on things like what to ask your venue, what to rent broken into each category, whether or not to have a first look, and top venues in the area!
DO YOU TAKE ON MORE THAN ONE WEDDING PER DAY?
No! We sometimes have double wedding weekends, but we never have more than one wedding in a day. For all Full Service clients, they will work directly with Lauren. All our Partial Planning clients will work with one of our other incredible planners. Since we travel all over Florida between Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Fort Myers, Clearwater, Boca Grande, and destinations, we want to make sure your day is extra special and we are there just for you!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FULL SERVICE PACKAGE AND THE PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE?
Our Full Service package includes complete handling and managing of all vendor correspondence, keeping you on track with month by month punch lists, and of course making sure your budget is efficiently managed. We have design recommendations as a part of the Partial Planning, however we do not manage any vendor correspondence, outreach, or budget management. We will give a recommended vendor spreadsheet and will stay cc’d on all email correspondence to assist with questions, reviewing of contracts, or any guidance needed, but don’t manage any correspondence. For our Full Service clients we act as full time managers and for Partial Planning we are more of an assistant (except on your big day, of course!).
MY VENUE HAS AN IN-HOUSE COORDINATOR, DO I STILL NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?
Venue Coordinators are solely responsible for the venue itself (and sometimes food and beverage) whereas Wedding Planners are with you the entire wedding day. A Wedding Planner looks at the big picture and are a constant support system, will organize full wedding day timeline, oversee the research and correspondence with vendors, manage couple’s budgets and style, execute full design packages for rentals, printed materials, and florals.
Most Venue Coordinators are not in charge of setting up any personal items, assisting with booking vendors, managing any vendor correspondence, floorplan creation, or timeline management. The venue will always have to put the space first, however a Wedding Planner will always do their best to put the couple first.

TESTIMONIAL
“ABOVE AND BEYOND!! That’s Lauren and her experienced team– they were able to help guide on the big picture down to the smallest details
and even navigated all kinds of twists and turns along the way so that we could enjoy the happiest day of our lives to the fullest. And always went above and beyond!
Lauren gave great advice and referrals too- being only part time residents, we needed her professional connections and recommendations - and they were top notch.
The best part was knowing on the day of the wedding that EVERYTHING was taken care of - and finding out later that she had even taken care of things we didn't know about :) in order to ensure the best day for our family, friends and ourselves. Look no further - she is amazing, and we are ever thankful!”
